Romion Health is seeking a thoughtful and creative Product & UX Design Intern to help us design accessible digital experiences for healthcare professionals, organizations, and other users engaging with health AI.
You will support the design process from early research and concepts through to prototypes and polished user interfaces.
What you’ll do
- Support user research and help organize research findings.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts.
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Help improve the usability and accessibility of digital products.
- Contribute to Romion Health’s design system and reusable components.
- Review existing experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare designs for developer handoff.
- Work with product, research, and development team members.
What we’re looking for
- A strong interest in product design, UX, healthcare, or technology.
- Basic experience using Figma or a similar design tool.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Good visual design and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and openness to feedback.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- A portfolio containing academic, personal, or professional projects is preferred.
