Course: Responsible AI Implementation Lead

Next course start (Dutch edition): January 19, 2026, enrollment now open.
October 17, 2025

Lead the responsible adoption of AI in your healthcare organization. This practice-oriented, 5-day course (spread over 6 months) equips project leaders and AI champions with the skills, tools, and regulatory knowledge needed to successfully implement AI in real-world clinical settings.

Healthcare organizations are rapidly introducing AI solutions into daily practice, but successful and responsible implementation requires more than just technology. From understanding the AI market to aligning with strategic goals, and from ensuring regulatory compliance to engaging stakeholders, this course covers the entire AI project lifecycle. Guided by experienced AI project leaders and guest experts, participants will learn how to:

  • Select and procure AI solutions that meet both operational needs and regulatory standards (AI Act, MDR, GDPR).
  • Design and execute implementation plans that optimize workflows, manage risks, and promote adoption.
  • Evaluate the impact of AI systems, including return on investment, ethical considerations, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

During the 6-month course the participants (6-10 participants) work on a real-world or hypothetical project and receive guidance throughout. The program includes peer learning, coaching, and project work so that participants can directly apply knowledge to their own organizational context. Upon completion, participants earn the Responsible AI Implementation Lead in Healthcare certificate and join an alumni network of AI leaders in healthcare for lasting development.
