Vacancy: working student Health AI Register

At Health AI Register, we are on a mission to enhance market transparency in the rapidly growing field of healthcare AI. Our platform, www.healthairegister.com, is the most comprehensive resource for regulatory-cleared AI products in radiology, and we are expanding to cover other clinical domains in the near future.

In recent years, the healthcare sector has experienced a surge in companies offering AI products. This rapid expansion presented a challenge for healthcare professionals, who found it increasingly difficult to get a comprehensive overview of what to buy and implement. Our platform addresses this by providing a detailed overview of regulatory approved AI applications for clinical use,complete with detailed product specifications and a listing of all scientific evidence of the product's performance and impact.

We also publish a newsletter to keep our audience informed about the latest developments in healthcare AI. By increasing transparency and making vital information accessible, we enable healthcare professionals to adopt AI responsibly and effectively, ensuring high-quality care for patients.

Your role:

As a working student, you will help ensure Health AI Register remains the most up-to-date and comprehensive resource for commercially available healthcare AI applications. The content on the platform is maintained in close collaboration with the AI vendors. Therefore you will work closely with the AI vendors and our team to maintain and improve the platforms completeness and information. You are key in ensuring our values of objectivity, independence and transparency.

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure the platform is accurate and up to date
   • Establish and maintain contact with AI companies to verify product information and incorporating updates.
   • Research and collect missing data on AI applications by exploring company websites, press releases, social media, and other online resources
2. Content research
   • Assist in curating content for our newsletter by compiling relevant updates, industry trends, and product highlights.
3. Special project
   • Expand Health AI Register with the new domain of AI platforms. You will be the main contact person to the companies offering such platforms to collect and verify the specifications.

Who we are looking for

• A proactive, detail-oriented student currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., Healthcare, Technology, Marketing, Data Science) and situated in the European Union.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and independent work ethic.
• Proficiency in English is essential, as our activities are global.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about healthcare and technology, with a keen interest in AI applications.
